Food Service Director

Position summary:

The Food Service Director’s responsibility is to help bring Christ-like change in people’s lives by providing outstanding meals and excellent camper service for our different programs, and rental groups during all seasons of the year. This is a year round position located in Fredonia, WI. Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 18 years old

  • Must be a believer in Christ and have an active faith

  • Prior experience in commercial kitchen cooking

  • Ability to manage peers, staff, summer, seasonal, and hourly volunteers in a positive and respectful way when they are working under your supervision

  • Ability to lift 60 lbs, stand for many hours consecutively while working in the kitchen, bend squat, be on hands and knees while cleaning, climb stairs, and be around strong cleaning chemicals on a daily basis. 

  • Ability to work early in the morning, late at night, and some days for many hours consecutively.

Compensation:

  • Full Time Salary

  • Two weeks vacation

  • At least one day off per week
